Delivery of your order will be subject to one of the following:
Payment terms for credit account customers. Unless otherwise agreed all invoices shall be due and payable, in full, thirty days from the date of our invoice. (All orders include VAT where applicable but do not include levies or duties unless otherwise stated)
Full payment will be taken at order placement. We accept most major credit/debit cards. If you do not wish to pay online, you may phone the card details through to the number above or request a Proforma and pay by BACS.
All prices, quotations and orders are in Sterling (£).
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the next working day subject to stock availability. Orders received on Fridays will be dispatched the next working day subject to stock availability .
Orders to be delivered by the customers own carrier and which are received after 12.00pm will be dispatched the next working day subject to stock availability.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Orders will be dispatched complete unless otherwise instructed. If your item is not in stock, we will back order and provide you with an expected lead time.
There will be a delivery charge for each part shipment.
VAT will be charged at 20% if the delivery address is in the UK.

If you need to return any item, please contact Coda Systems Limited to discuss. We will endeavour to rectify the situation.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. To do this contact us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
